i like that checking in was easy. my hotelroom was quick to reach. i received free coffee cups refill every day. i found two pillows per person. my Kingsize bed was HUGE.
the street outside was NOISY.

the location is perfect, close to everything. The building sits on a lateral street to the Bourse building. i walked just three minutes to reach Grand Place from the hotel.

the hotel's location proved very convenient. it was close to many restaurants and shops. free wifi worked without issues. i appreciated the helpfulness of the staff with parking refunds (usman was very effective).
i found the absence of hot water frustrating (especially after a long day). i informed the reception multiple times but the problem was not solved .
